Ram Rahim Pragati Producer Company Limited (RRPPCL), incorporated under Part IXA of the Companies Act, 2013, is owned and managed by over 5950 small and marginal tribal women farmers from 390 SPS-promoted Self Help Groups. RRPPCL promotes Non-pesticide Management of Agriculture (NPM) and focuses on building a resilient supply chain of pesticide-free agricultural commodities. This initiative aims to promote sustainable farming while connecting small farmers to organized markets.

Nature Positive Management
Nature Positive Management (NPM) promotes sustainable agriculture by reducing chemical pesticide use, enhancing biodiversity, and ensuring safer food systems for a healthier future. It relies on natural pest control, crop diversity, soil health, and early monitoring.

SPS – Non Profit Organization
Samaj Pragati Sahayog (SPS) is one of India’s largest grassroots initiatives for water and livelihood security. Operating in 72 underdeveloped districts, SPS empowers Adivasi communities through sustainable agriculture and rural development efforts.
Bank of India
Bank of India has extended a ₹4.5 crore working capital credit limit to RRPPCL. This support enables timely procurement, storage, and aggregation of produce, giving smallholder farmers greater financial independence and bargaining power in markets.
Safe Harvest
Safe Harvest markets pesticide-free products and partners with RRPPCL to promote NPM farming. Their Tur and Chili project, funded by the GAP Fund, helps farmers grow chemical-free crops and reach premium markets for better income and food safety.
Access Development Services
Access Development Services supports rural livelihoods by providing training, technical knowledge, and financial guidance. Their initiatives empower farmers with market linkages, sustainable farming methods, and opportunities for income growth.
Farmers Support
RRPPCL offers extensive support to farmers, including access to quality inputs, capacity building, post-harvest infrastructure, and fair market prices. This integrated approach increases profitability and reduces dependency on middlemen.

A Story of Growth and Success
- RamRahim was the first company to receive a matching equity grant by Small Farmers Agribusiness Consortium that doubled its equity base.
- Successfully advocated for producer companies to be listed on the National Commodities Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) for the first time, creating a national market for farmers.
- Mobilised ₹5 crore as CC limit by Bank of India for working capital.
- Since January 2022, RRPPCL took charge to fully pay its staff.
- RRPPCL is the first FPO in MP to pay a bonus to its shareholders.
